30-Day Replacement Guarantee
Every account comes with a 30-day replacement guarantee. If your account is:
- Suspended
- Disabled
- Not working as described
We’ll give you a free replacement within 30 days of delivery.
Refund Eligibility
When can you ask for a refund? If:
- The account doesn’t work, and a replacement doesn’t fix it.
- The product is way different from what we advertised.
- You reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. And yes, with proof of the problem.
Non-Refundable Situations
We won’t be able to issue refunds if:
- You didn’t follow usage instructions or broke platform rules.
- You ask for a refund more than 7 days after delivery.
- The issue pops up after the 30-day replacement period.
- You just changed your mind, or don’t need the product anymore.
How to Request a Refund

- We’ll check it out and get back to you within 24–48 hours.
