Every account we sell comes with a 30-day replacement window. If your account is:
- Suspended
- Disabled
- Not working as we said it would
We’ll replace it for free within 30 days of delivery. Simple as that.
When Can You Ask for a Refund?
Refunds are rare, but here’s when you qualify:

- The product is very different from what we advertised.
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide proof of the issue.
When Refunds Aren’t Possible
